On August 19, the HC National Roadshow concluded successfully in Zhengzhou.
Founded in 2010, Dongguan RAP Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is backed by a top R&D team and specialists with more than 20 years of experience in professional electroacoustics in China. Its Chief Technical Director, Zhouyu Wang, is one of them. In 2001, he developed one of China’s first four-channel digital preamps and was among the first to adopt SHARC DSP digital speaker management systems, with over two decades of deep industry expertise.

At this roadshow stop, industry expert Zhouyu Wang delivered an in-depth session on “AI broad learning noise reduction and FIR filter applications,” sharing cutting-edge technologies and innovative products. In response to new market dynamics, RAP is leveraging its strengths in R&D, product development, technology, and practical experience to stay aligned with industry trends and provide customers with highly cost-effective solutions.

RAP is an innovation-driven company integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and technical support. Its core product lines include karaoke processors, audio processors, power amplifiers, and related professional audio modules. Product development is based on advanced professional audio design systems to achieve optimal performance. At this roadshow, RAP showcased the VE202 AI Voice Enhancement Processor and the RP48F+ FIR Audio Processor.

VE202 AI Voice Enhancement Processor

To address pain points in real-world deployment scenarios, RAP initiated the project in early 2019 after extensive research, and officially launched the AI Voice Enhancement Processor in March 2020 for mass production. Powered by a latest-generation AI broad learning algorithm, VE202 separates speech from unwanted noise, significantly improving voice clarity. It enables speakers to focus on the speech itself while delivering information clearly and accurately to the audience.

These units integrate audio signal processing and device management. The FIR filters designed in the output channels enable flexible and precise control over magnitude and phase characteristics, including independent magnitude/phase tuning and the possibility of achieving maximum-phase responses. This supports optimal system tuning for multi-speaker applications.

See you at RAP’s next stop: Chengdu.
